Building an effective due diligence work program

Risk protecting you and your clients

Recorded 27 June 2024

The Due Diligence Webinar walks you through the process of building an effective due diligence work program that is appropriate to your client’s needs.

Effective and appropriate due diligence can make a fundamental difference. But, there is no one-size-fits all strategy and the principles of the due diligence need to be matched to the specific facts to assess the relevance and impact.

We also look at where the due diligence is being driven by the counter party and how best to manage the process. Most transactions will have a due diligence process. Being on top of it can be the difference in completing a successful transaction.

Using real life scenarios, Greg Hayes takes you on a journey through the types of due diligence work that can be undertaken and the process to achieve an effective due diligence for the client.
