Carmen Ridley

Carmen is Principal and Director of Australian Financial Reporting Solutions and a member of the GAAP Consulting Network. She provides the role of a Technical Auditing and Accounting Division for a range of clients in the private and public sector and ensures that she keeps up-to-date and aware of current accounting and auditing issues which has established her as a recognised expert in the Financial Reporting Arena. She spends her work time analysing transactions in accordance with accounting standards and providing accounting opinions, reviewing financial statements and providing ethics and external reporting training.
Carmen was a Board member of the Australian Accounting Standards Board (2012 – 2020).
Carmen is a non-Executive Director and a Committee Member for a number of organisations.
