Perks & Salary Packaging Webinar
The tax opportunities & how to structure them effectively.

Maximise after-tax income of employees with minimal employer impact
Steps to ensure packaging and employee contributions are effective
Identifying benefits that can be accessed through salary packaging tax effectively
Salary packaging can provide opportunities for employees to maximise their after-tax income while also allowing employers to provide additional benefits to staff at no extra cost to the business.
While packaging arrangements that involve the provision of electric cars have recently increased in popularity due to the FBT electric car exemption, it is important to be aware that many opportunities also exist to package other types of benefits.
But this is an area where it is easy to get it wrong. This means that salary packaging arrangements need to be implemented carefully to prevent unintended FBT and other consequences. There have also been many changes that limit the use of packaging strategies that were popular in the past.
The Perks & Salary Packaging Webinar identifies what benefits can still be accessed through salary packaging and clarifies how the arrangements should be structured in real life to ensure that they are tax effective.
