How to apply the blackhole expenditure rules
The blackhole expenditure rules can provide tax deductions for capital costs that don’t qualify for any other form of tax relief. We look at the conditions that need to be satisfied to claim deductions under these rules and when clients can claim an immediate deduction rather than spreading the deductions over 5 years.
