How to apply the PSI tests
Clients who generate personal services income need to figure out whether they pass the PSI tests as this impacts on how income is taxed, the deductions that can be claimed and whether special PAYG withholding rules apply. We look at each of the PSI tests in turn, highlighting common tricks and traps.
